Quiet on the Prairie – March POTM
Time for the March Print of the Month Sale!
Since St.Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, I selected “Quiet on the Prairie” as the photo with its beautiful view of the lush green prairie. I made this photo on a beautiful spring evening in Wabaunsee County. A small storm system was moving through the area and was creating some beautiful clouds.I was shooting a timelapse, so I was in this location for the entire evening and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I liked the contrasts of the lush green prairie and the blue sky. The edge of the storm clouds moving into the frame provided a nice expansive feeling to the scene. This image really captured the peaceful feeling for me as well.
