Print Like a Pro: A Digital Photographer's Guide
.A good introduction to printing. Covers the whole range of printing from sharpening/resizing to matting and framing.
Real World Image Sharpening with Adobe Photoshop CS2
If you are serious about getting the most out of your photos, this is a must read. The late Bruce Fraser does an excellent job of discussing the use of a multi-pass sharpening workflow. I've adapted the techniques discussed in this book to work in Adobe Lightroom and I've been very happy with the results.
Capturing the Light: An Inspirational and Instructional Guide to Landscape Photography
Another excellent book. This isn't a book that covers the basics of photography, but provides material that will help you improve how you see light and its effect of the landscape. Each photograph has a description of what the author was seeing and thinking when making the photo along with technical notes. Each photo also has information showing what filters were used and where they were placed (for split neutral density gradient filters).

Working the Light: A Photography Masterclass (Light & Land series)
An excellent book. Shows images from a number of photographers and has a brief critique of each, very helpful. Great resource for improving the creative side of your photography.
