Horsethief Canyon, Kanopolis Lake

I went hiking at Kanopolis Lake on Tuesday afternoon at the Horse thief canyon hiking trails with a friend of mine. This is my favorite place to hike in Kansas. We couldn't have asked for a better day to be out there. Here are some of my photos from this hike.

Kanopolis Lake

I was at Kanopolis Lake this Saturday hiking with a friend, we went through Red Rock Canyon and Horse Thief Canyon. You can view a map of the route we hiked (outlined in red) here.

Hiking at Lake Kanopolis

I was recently hiking with some friends at Lake Kanopolis in Kansas. This has to be my favorite place to hike in Kansas. Absolutely worth the visit. The photos are online here.

Road Trip

I took a road trip down to Coldwater, KS with my Dad earlier this fall. It was a good trip. We took photos at Council Grove lake, an old stone bridge built back in the 1880's, the Maxwell Wildlife Refuge, around Coldwater, KS, Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, and Lake Kanopolis.
