Dakota Sandstone formation, Kanopolis Lake, Kansas "Times Past" Everytime I photograph an old building I always wonder about the people that lived there or used the building.  It is both sad and comforting to photograph older buildings, sad to think about the lives that played out there and are now gone, but comforting to know that because of those past lives I am where I am now.
