Learn to use your digital camera and improve your photography skills at this 1 day photography workshop. This is not just a classroom lecture, students will receive hands on help with their cameras and learn new photographic techniques throughout the day.
Here are examples of some of the topics that will be covered:
- What f-stop, shutter speed, and ISO are and how they control the look of your photo.
- How to take control of your camera and set it the way you want to.
- Suggestions for improving your composition.
- The importance of light in photography.
Who Should Attend?
The workshop is designed for anyone wanting to become more comfortable with their digital camera.
What Must I Bring?
Each student is expected to bring their own digital camera and camera's user manual.
Note. Your camera must have manual setting capabilities to attend this workshop.
What's Included?
Classroom instruction and hands on assistance from your workshop leaders on how to set various camera function to achieve creative control of your images. Lunch is included at a local dining establishment. Soft drinks and water will be available in the classroom. Handouts from the classroom sessions will be available for all participants. Tuition Cost and Registration:
Tuition: $125.00 per person paid in advance.
Refund Policy: Your tuition fee may be refunded to you provided that written notice of cancellation is received at the address below at least fourteen (14) days before the workshop is scheduled to begin. The full amount less a $25.00 handling fee will be refunded to you within thirty (30) days. No refunds are given for cancellation requests received less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled workshop.
